For the first time since leaving People, I’m back in the saddle again! I made my debut on The Daily Beast today, with this profile of Noah Emmerich, who is making a huge splash on FX’s sensational drama The Americans, which airs its season finale tonight. As I wrote about Emmerich,

“He’s one of those people that, when you realize who he is, you go, ‘Oh yeah, I love that guy!’” said Scandal actor Joshua Malina, Emmerich’s former Yale roommate and close friend of 25 years. “But I knew there would eventually be that role where you go, ‘Holy shit, this guy is a great actor.’”

In addition to speaking with Emmerich, I chatted with Malina, and Americans showrunners Joe Weisberg and Joel Fields. I felt a little rusty for my first time back out, but it was a terrific experience!
